Rental Information

The Studio A, which is the first studio on the left as you walk into our building, is the only one suitable for tap, flamenco, etc.

Lovelace Studio (Studios C and D: The entire floor space is 50X70 but can be divided into two separate studios of 50 X 50 and 50 X 20.

Rental Policies

Space may be booked by phone or in person.

Rentals require a signed contract and proof of insurance.

A Certificate of Insurance must be provided with the following entities being listed as additionally insured: Gustafson Dance, State Street Ballet, Webster Properties, L.P., The Towbes Group Inc., their officers, employees and agents.

Full Payment is required with the contract and proof of insurance at least one week prior to the rental period.

Renter must cancel one week prior to the rental period in order to receive a full refund.
